  • Reception open late and fairly good breakfast.

  • Reception staff not very helpful, knowledgeable or friendly, and check-in process exceptionally slow with receptionist on the phone constantly to discuss how to deal with me - she'd seemed shocked to have to deal with someone checking in (which, to be fair, happens not infrequently at hotel receptions, in my experience), and close to panic when I said I was paying by card... Bed impressively brick-like and, while clean, overall décor and room fittings were a little tired, albeit retro-chic in an "Ostalgie" way - would be OK for a low-budget hotel, which this wasn't really, by the standards of a small town like Říčany: seemingly taking advantage of Praha "overspill"?

  • Velká pochvala jak děvčatům na recepci, tak i v restauraci a kuchaři jeho jídla byly skvělé a cena jídel super.

  • Jen mě trochu zklamalo rozházené prádlo v křesle vedle pokoje. Možná kdyby to bylo alespoň složené bylo by to lepší.
